Both pasta and pumpkins are incredibly versatile ingredients. So if you are looking for a dish that puts fall and winter flavours to work, make sure to try the following recipe.

Pumpkin Delight - Pasta with Pumpkin Puree & Walnuts
Peel the onion and the garlic glove, chop finely and fry glazed with the oil in a hot pan.
Dive the pumpkin and add to the pan. Fry shortly and then deglaze with the wine. Season with salt, fresh pepper and nutmeg. Cover and cook about 15 minutes until tender over medium heat. Add water if needed.
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Roast walnuts and pine kernels in a hot pan until golden brown. Remove from the pan and let cool. Then chop finely.
Add cream to the pumpkin and mash (e.g. with a masher)
Season the puree if needed and add the pasta to the mix
Arrange the pasta onto the plates and crumble walnuts and pine kernels over the pasta. Sprinkle with dill and serve while hot.
